Types of Distilled Liquors & Spirits

	Brandy Brandy is made from fermented fruit juice or wine.
	Gin Gin is made by distilling or multi-distilling grain spirits and adding aromatics and/or juniper berries. Aromatics are added for flavoring, and they include angelica root, caraway seeds, and anise. Gin is a colorless alcoholic beverage.
	Rum Rum is typically distilled using molasses, the scummings of the boiled juice, treacle, cane juice, or the lees of former distillation.
	Tequila Agave tequilana is a plant grown in Central America. Tequila is made using the fermented juice of the agave tequilana plan.
	Vodka Vodka is made from a rye mash, corn mash, or potato mash. Originally, Vodka was distilled from fermented wheat mash.
	Whiskey Whiskey is commonly distilled from potatoes and grains. In the United States, it is commonly made from wheat, rye, or maize. In Scotland and Ireland, it is typically made from malted barley.
